- 6 Integration of Google Maps
(1) On this website we use Google Maps. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.
(2) By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in Section 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with Google, you must log out before activating the button. - 7 Contact form with reCAPTCHA
To protect your requests via internet forms, we use the reCAPTCHA service from Google Inc. (Google). The query is used to distinguish whether the entry was made by a human or improperly through automated, machine processing. The query includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input will be transmitted to Google and used there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha is not merged with other Google data. The different data protection regulations of Google apply to this data. - 8 Integration of YouTube videos
(1) We can integrate YouTube videos into our online offering, which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in “extended data protection mode”, which means that no data about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned in paragraph 2 be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer.

- 9 Use of our web shop
(1) If you would like to order in our web shop, in order to conclude the contract it is necessary that you provide your personal data, which we need to process your order. Mandatory information required to process the contracts is marked separately; further information is voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. To do this, we can pass on your payment details to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b GDPR.
You can voluntarily create a customer account through which we can save your data for future purchases. When you create an account under “My Account”, the data you provide will be stored revocably. You can always delete all other data, including your user account, in the customer area.
We can also process the data you provide to inform you about other interesting products from our portfolio or to send you emails with technical information.
(2) Due to commercial and tax law requirements, we are obliged to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, after [two years] we will restrict processing, meaning your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.
(3) To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, especially financial data, the ordering process is encrypted using TLS technology.
- 10 Use of the rating functions and trusted shops
In our shop, which offers various services, you can leave public reviews in the form of comments. Your comment will be published with your specified username in the post. We recommend using a pseudonym instead of your real name. Providing a username and email address is required; all other information is voluntary. If you leave a comment, we will continue to store your IP address, which we will delete after one week. The storage is necessary for us to be able to defend ourselves against liability claims in the event of possible publication of illegal content. We need your email address in order to contact you if a third party should complain that your comment is illegal. To implement our rating system, we use the provider Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne. (1) If you would like to use our portal, you must register by providing your email address, a password of your choice and your freely selectable user name. There is no requirement to use a real name; pseudonymous use is possible. Providing the aforementioned data is mandatory; you can provide any further information voluntarily by using our portal.
(2) If you use our portal, we store the data required to fulfill the contract, including information about the method of payment, until you permanently delete your access. We will also store the voluntary data you provide for the duration of your use of the portal, unless you delete it beforehand. You can manage and change all information in the protected customer area. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f GDPR.
(3) If you use the portal, your data may become accessible to other participants in the portal in accordance with the contractual service. Non-registered members will not receive any information about you. Your username and photo are visible to all logged in members, regardless of whether you have approved them. In contrast, your entire profile with the data you have approved is visible to all members who you have confirmed as a personal contact. If you make content available to your personal contacts that you do not send via a private message, this content will be visible to third parties provided your personal contact has given permission. If you post posts in public groups, they will be visible to all registered members of the portal.
(4) In order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, especially financial data, the connection is encrypted using TLS technology.
- 13 Duration of storage of personal data
We store personal data in accordance with the statutory retention periods (e.g. commercial and tax retention periods). The respective data will then be deleted unless it is necessary to fulfill the contract and/or there is no legitimate interest in storing it.
