in Germany
Shipping times
Due to the large number of options available, we cannot keep all versions of all trailers in stock. The delivery time for shipments within Germany is therefore usually 7-10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), but in some cases it can take up to 12 working days. In the case of SEPA direct debit, the receipt of payment is the start of the delivery time.
Packaging
They are shipped in discreet packaging and with a neutral sender.
Shipping cost
All shipments over 50 euros are free of shipping costs - we'll cover the costs for you! For shipments costing less, the shipping price is 4.99 euros.

Deliveries are currently only possible via DHL.
Eine Selbstabholung ist aus logistischen Gründen nicht möglich.
We do not currently offer delivery to packing stations.

We ship within Germany and the EU. Deliveries to countries outside the EU are also possible on request.
Shipping times
Die Lieferzeit für internationale Sendungen beträgt in der Regel 7-10 Arbeitstage (Montag bis Freitag, ausgenommen Feiertage), bzw. es ist eine spezielle Lieferzeit für das Produkt angegeben. Bei SEPA-Lastschrift gilt der Zahlungseingang als Beginn der Lieferzeit.

Zahlung per PayPal
You can also pay with PayPal. Simply select the PayPal payment method and you will be automatically redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process. Once your payment has been successfully received, your order will be dispatched immediately. If payment is made by 12 noon, your order will usually be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday).
Payment by SEPA direct debit
You have the option of paying conveniently by direct debit from your bank account. Select SEPA direct debit as the payment method and follow the instructions so that the amount can be debited from your bank account. You don't need to do anything else - your order will be automatically marked as paid and dispatched by us promptly.
